Foam De-Coupling Placement Pads for the D5 Studio Monitors (Sold in Pairs)

These dense foam placement pads serve multiple purposes:

They are designed to point the speaker up at a reasonable angle, allowing them, in most desk top situations, to dramatically improve the dispersion.

They secure the placement of the D5 preventing them from sliding around on a smooth surface.

They provide a damping, de-coupling placement platform for the D5 that helps to reduce the development of sympathetic vibrations

They provide other useful attributes that are normally found with dense foam.

And…they look really cool. These charcoal dense foam pads are 7″ across x 8.5″ deep x 2″ in the front and 1″ in the back. Sized just right to snugly fit under each D5.
