Morgasmatron

Intellijel’s Morgasmatron is the last generation of Korgasmatron filter. It features two independent multimode filters more accurately tuned, a powerful Q drive as well as an improved soft-clipping circuit. The extra Xfade added features and its shrill new ring modulation possibilities render the module extremely versatile from clean sound to beefy distordion.

Used serately it is possible to cross fade from one filter to the other using the xfade CV or xfade knob. Also the Morgasmatron allows you to invert the phase andbypass either or both filters.

Thanks to CV inputs , both the cut off frequency and resonnance can be modulated. When the filters self-oscillate at maximum Q, the pitched sine waves produced can be tracked with two separate 1V/OCT inputs.

The main strength of the Morgasmatron lies in the possibility to create interactions in between both filter and generate feedback.
