The RYK Envy Machine is a seriously versatile quad-channel modulation source with Envelopes, LFOs, random voltages and even Knob Recording.
Envy Machine is a powerful tool for lively patches. Being a modulation source itself it also features its own built-in modulation sources – parameters can be animated using knob-recording to create modulations for the modulators – basically the core modular synthesizers creative potential! Each of its four channels can operate independently in one of five modulation modes: ADSR Envelope, AD Envelope, AD LFO, Random Voltage, or Recordable Knob Voltage Control.
Channels are further enhanced with bipolar attenuverters for output, allowing precise control of modulation range and polarity. The module also features continuously variable waveshapes, including logarithmic, exponential, sine, trapezoid, and square waveforms.
With modulation times ranging from milliseconds to minutes and features like knob recording for real-time modulation animation, the Envy Machine is a powerhouse for creative sound design. Dedicated modulation inputs per channel expand its utility by enabling external control over parameters such as time, level, or waveshape. This flexibility enables you to create dynamic and evolving modulations in a space saving package.
