Rampes is a versatile video ramp generator and sync extractor that supports an extensive array of video formats from 288p50 to 1080p30, automatically detecting and adapting to the optimal format for seamless operation. It’s designed to create smooth gradient transitions and dynamic 2D shapes, enhancing video productions with its ability to generate and mirror horizontal and vertical ramps. Additionally, Rampes provides comprehensive synchronization capabilities with its horizontal, vertical, and Odd/Even sync outputs, catering to both video and audio modules.

Rampes is simple in its execution. On the left side you will find horizontal and vertical ramps with their inversions + their mirrored counterparts. On the right side you’ll find various sync inputs as well as different shapes such as Diamond, Box, Cross, Star, and Ellipse. Rampes requires a sync signal over RCA to operate, coming either from a sync generator module, or an external video signal (Composite or Y from Component).

Powered through a standard Eurorack connector or DC barrel, Rampes is a simple yet powerful tool for video producers seeking to add depth and synchronization to their projects. Its compact design and wealth of outputs make it a great addition to any video production toolkit.
