A-141-4 Quad Poly VC-ADSR

The A-141-4 is a four-voltage controlled envelope generator designed primarily for polyphonic applications. The module contains four ADSR type envelope generators with exponential waveforms. The four units have common manual controls and control voltage inputs for Attack (A), Decay (D), Sustain (S) and Release (R) parameters. Each of the envelope generators has a door entry, an envelope exit and a control LED.
There is a set of only 4 knobs  available to control all four envelopes,  clever and space-friendly! Each parameter can of course be CV controlled.
