The 3x MIA 1U combines 3 attenuverters and offset generators in just 24 hp.

In typical Happy Nerding style, the very familiar double potentiometers are used per channel, where the inner potentiometer controls the attenuverter for the input signal and the outer controls can add a +- 5V voltage. Another practical detail is that each channel can be connected to the following channel for mixing.

Whether you are working with audio or CV is not important. The 3x MIA 1U is DC-coupled, so it can be used for audio, CV or both at the same time.
